Shipping policy

Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep within 7-10 days of purchase. Orders placed before 12 pm (EST) will be shipped the same day order was placed. We don't ship internationally at this time. Once your order ships an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. COVERED KIDZ cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that have not been received. If your order is confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you contact your local post office to inquire.
